Who are we?

Dr. Golden’s passion for veterinary medicine stems from a deep desire to positively impact the health and well-being of both animals and their human companions. From a young age, she developed strong, meaningful connections with her pets, experiencing the unconditional love and loyalty they provided. This bond sparked a deep commitment to give back by dedicating her life to improving the health and lives of animals in her care. She strongly believes that veterinarians play a crucial role in strengthening the human-animal bond, ensuring that pets lead healthier, happier lives while supporting their owners through every step of the journey.

Dr. Golden’s passion for animal care led her to pursue a degree in veterinary medicine. After completing her veterinary degree, she chose to specialize in internal medicine, where she could combine her love for animals with her interest in complex medical diagnostics and treatments. Her fascination with the intricate systems of the animal body and the challenge of diagnosing and treating internal conditions drove her to complete a rigorous residency program in veterinary internal medicine.

As a veterinary internist, Dr. Golden is dedicated to providing high-quality care to her patients. Her clinical expertise ranges from gastrointestinal and respiratory issues to endocrine disorders and beyond. She is known for her compassionate approach, taking the time to thoroughly explain diagnoses and treatment options to pet owners, while also offering guidance on long-term care.

Outside of her work, Dr. Golden enjoys traveling, weightlifting, paddleboarding, and spending time outdoors. She has a special fondness for pit bulls, cats, and geriatric patients. Dr. Golden has two beloved cats, Fireball and Goose.
